In Short – Directly underneath the iconic, retro-style, red neon Empire Hotel sign stands an 8,000-square-foot-space where beautiful people sip (and serve) delicious cocktails and take in the view--which overlooks Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center and the Hudson River, depending on where you're standing. The bar's east terrace features lounge chairs and cabanas (reserved for bottle service) and a small smoking area. The west terrace is dotted with small tables and has a bar with a retractable roof, so guests can sit outside during any season. A chocolate-hued indoor area with banquettes,…
Either Good or Bad?

It all depends what mood the people that work there are in! One time i went for a friends birthday and it was garbage. We had ordered bottle service and the waitress was horrible, we tried speaking to the owner and he was even worse. I felt so bad for my friend! She ended up leaving her own party!
And yet another time, for another guy friends get-together, we also had bottle service but this time we had no problem getting in, the waitress (a diff. one) was super nice, and we had a blast!!
Go figure. =T
- Pros: Awesome views
- Cons: Service can be horrible at times!

do not.. i repeat DO NOT! go here. Sal (the manager) is soooo rude. He was poking my friends and I.. trying to add random charges to our bill and would not take them off. kept accusing us of being drunk when we didnt even have 1 drink... was poking us and threatening us... everything was AWFUL. expensive drinks, horrible staff, 100% worst experience ever. trust me- you dont want to go there!
- Pros: seriously none
- Cons: awful management, sneaky scam pricing, worst experience ever

We came here a for a birthday party, and we paid for bottle service. They still gave our guests a problem, having them wait online for one hour.
The service was barely there, they dropped off the bottle and never came back....
The manager was rude and obnoxious to my friends, being yelling and threatening, and even spilled beer all over my legs!
- Pros: Its very pretty
- Cons: Everything else, the staff, the managment
