My best neighborhood nail salon & spa. I have been one of their loyal customers for over 10 years now...ever since I moved to upper east side. I know every single staff there and they are all extremely nice and friendly. If you are looking for something luxury, this is not the place for you. But, if all you want is exellent service with excellent quality of work, this is PERFECT for you. I highly recommend this place.
