Came fixed and left. The plumber (i think his name is Sam) came, stayed for a minimum of 35 minutes and left immediately after the problem was repaired. He lost one star after refusing for a cup of coffee :-)

Service was good, had to wait about an hour until the plumber came. His service was pretty good, the guy was polite and seemed to be a professional. I reduced one star from his scoring because he was late, and I had to wait for him an extra hour (said he would come at 13:30, but actually came at 14:20).

Nice service, charming guy. I think the plumber's name is Oz, a very nice and professional plumber. Fixed the problem in 35 minutes, rates were just as other's in my survey...

Great service. Though the guy was 15 minutes late, his work was very professional. Rates seemed to be fair enough, and most important- he instantly understood and handle the problem.
