Mis-delivery of life-saving Package with a careless Attitude. After having spent most of the day yesterday pulling all sorts of strings with the help of one out of many representatives (all the rest of which [the other 4] outright lied and were careless, and non-caring) at CVS Caremark, we finally corrected all the hurdles and arranged for three specialty medicines to be delivered to my house today (12/14/2011) by 5 PM EST. It was to be delivered by Fed-ex.

Well, I stayed home all day, and my brother was also home most of the day, and neither one of us heard anyone cme to the door all day.

Finally at 7 PM today, having waited all day, I called fed-Ex at 1-800-463-3339. I spent nearly 15 mites with one of the Fed-ex representatives, and at the end, I was told that the package was delivered to the wrong address at 12:21 PM EST (12/14/2011). Then the package was retrieved, after the driver noticed that it was delivered to the wrong adress (as I was told by a Fed-ex CSR). It was retrieved at about 6:30 EST this evening, and brought back to the Fed-ex station in Mahwah at 7:00 PM to await delivery for tomorrow to its proper address [or my house].

In all this, nobody at Fed-ex was willing to give me the name of the driver, the phone number to the substation at Mahwah, NJ, or any other information, so I can begin tracking it myself.

All this after I told them from the start that the package contains $25,000.00 WORTH OF LIFE SAVING MEDICINE, THEY ACTED LIKE IT IS ALL A BIG JOKE, SAYING "WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE, BUT IT WILL BE RESOLVED TOMORROW." THIS IS AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT THIS IS MEDICINE THAT MUST HAVE.

SO, I GURESS FED-EX DOES NOT CARE (OR IN THIS MATTER GIVE A FLYING DAMN) ABOUT THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF ITS CLIENTS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT.

AND THEN WE AMERICANS WONDER WHY THGIS GREAT NATION OF OURS IS FALLING APART. THE SOLUTION IS SIMPLE: COMPANIES AND CORPORATIONS SUCH AS FED-EX, NEED TO START GETTING SEIOUS AND REALIZING THAT PEOPLE'S LIVES, WELL-BEING, WELFARE, AND HEALTH IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN DOLLARS.
