I am the first to admit I was addicted to cardio! I would spend probably close to 2hrs/day, 6 days a week in the gym. Though I?d always lifted weights, it was very automatic and secondary to killing myself in cardio classes (Spinning, boxing, boot camps?you name it I did it! Often 2 back-to-back.). Despite all the gym time I?d logged, I really wasn?t happy with the way I looked. Then I came to work for Greg this summer and reluctantly tried his training program. ?Just trust me? he said. ?Are you happy with what you?re doing now?? Well, no. So I trusted him. I cut my cardio WAYYYYYY back- terrifyingly so in my opinion! ? and really focused on lifting. The cardio I did do was very intense interval training, for much less than half the time of my normal routine. We also addressed my nutrition. I?d manipulated my diet for years based on the latest diet craze, eliminating certain types of foods and alcohol completely. Greg got me on the right track and I?m less rigid and less hungry than I?ve ever been in my life. In addition to having so much more time on my hands outside of the gym, I?m becoming reacquainted with items in my wardrobe I haven?t worn in years. Despite drastically reducing my gym time, I?ve never been in better shape and am not tied to a gym's group fitness schedule. I highly recommend Greg?s training programs to anyone looking to find both balance and a better body!!

I highly recommend Greg. I am a 38 year old male and tried many options to get in shape, and tried hard. But progress was minimal. I met Greg and within a year have transformed my body and my lifestyle. This is the type of thing where long lost friends are saying ?whoa ? you look great? and new friends see old photos of me and just can?t believe it. I?ve lost, and more importantly, kept off at least 15lbs of fat and my musculature is better than in two decades.
Why has it worked? Greg has a fitness & nutrition program that succeeds, and as importantly, is something you can commit to and easily live with. There is nothing draconian here ? no real sacrifices. To succeed is not hard, you just need the commitment. I have 3 kids and work and have easily adapted to his program. And my appetite has completely changed. I simply don?t crave the bad stuff I used to, and even if I did, Greg?s program allows for it. On top of all this Greg is a great guy, very low key and easy to work with. And he encourages you to work on your own if you wish.
If you?re serious ? Greg is the answer.
