Simply the BEST. This is the best bridal boutique in the city. I came out from California to shop at this boutique and boy am I glad I did. I can't begin to express how happy I am with the dress I purchased and with the level of service Gabriella provided. It was such a treat to purchase my dress from her salon. Everything was perfect! She truly made the experience one of a kind! My sister, mom and I had the best time with her and at her salon. She treated us like Queens. I greatly appreciate it and look forward to seeing my dress in a few months. =)

by far the best service. I visited Gabriella twice while I was shopping for my wedding gown. Although I ended up finding my dress at another shop, I wish I had found it at Gabriella. She provided by far the best service - she was always honest and went out of her way to help. I felt like a princess in her shop. If you are looking for a small shop with lots of personal attention this should be your first stop!

Fantastic. I just purchased my gown at Gabriella yesterday and was compelled to write about my truly professional and attentive experience. Gabriella was the first place I went to look at gowns and I loved her selection. I felt that I needed to look at other highly recommended salons, but found myself heading right back to Gabriellas five salons and 40 dresses later! The dresses are gorgeous, the service is wonderful, the space is filled with lots of natural light, and you will feel completely comfortable vs. pressured and rushed. Very unique and they truly help you pick not only the perfect dress but headpieces, veils, and jewelry, all of which are really fashion forward and best of all, reasonably priced.

Impeccable Customer Service!. I found what I thought was my perfect dress. Unfortunately, no one in the tri-state area carried this particular gown or designer, except Gabriella. Her salon is filled with exclusives. There were gowns I hadn?t seen in any of the Manhattan or Long Island salons I?d visited. I ended up not purchasing the gown I?d tracked down, but instead found a gown I absolutely fell in love with the minute I walked into Gabriella?s. Gabriella and her staff are truly amazing! I felt like I was the only bride she was working with. She was accommodating, responding to all of my emails and was patient in answering my questions. She put me at such ease and made my experience of selecting and purchasing my wedding gown flawless. Her customer service is impeccable! I was so very pleased to give her my business. I?m looking forward to my first fitting and picking out my headpiece! I would highly recommend Gabriella?s for those seeking a truly personal experience and a bridal salon filled with beautiful, exclusive wedding gowns and unique accessories.

Like old friends. I had visited a number of larger bridal salons prior to stumbling upon Gabriella's. I realized afterwards how a difference in customer service could make the task of finding a wedding gown so much more delightful. Gabriella and her assistant Jamie treated me like an old friend and seems genuinely invested in finding me my gown. There is also great natural light in the salon making trying on white gowns much more pleasing. I inevitably did not find my dream gown at Gabriella's but which I had because I would have loved to give them my business.

A bride?s dream come true!!. When I first started shopping for my bridal gown, it was one disaster after another. I went to so many different shops and tried on so many different dresses and loved nothing. I?ve heard that bridal shopping is supposed to be a fun experience and unfortunately it wasn?t for me at first. I then saw a dress in a magazine that led me to Gabriella?s Bridal Salon. Best decision I ever made!!! When I first entered the salon, I felt a feeling I have never felt before. I knew from that moment this was the place for me. Gabriella was so amazing and loving from the moment I met her. The salon is beautiful and Gabriella and her staff make you feel very much at home. I was comfortable from the minute I walked in the door! The dresses and accessories that this salon carries are breathtaking. She is extremely patient and offers you the utmost respect and attention. She truly is a bride?s dream come true!! Thank you to Gabriella and her staff for making my experience truly personal and unique.

The best part of planning my wedding!. When shopping for my wedding dress, I had planned to go to three locations: RK Bridal to have the experience of shopping off-the-rack and having tons of options, Kleinfeld because it's so well known and everyone told me I had to go, and then finally, I wanted to go to one smaller boutique to have a more intimate experience. I had planned to go to a particular boutique but after seeing some bad reviews, I instead chose Gabriella on a whim, based on one good review that I had read. I am so thankful that I did! Gabriella was the first place I went and nothing afterwards could compare. The space is so cool, open, and full of light. I was the only one there and Gabriella took so much time to let me look around and try on anything I wanted. I also really appreciated her feedback on each dress. My first time looking, I went with friends, but I knew I couldn't buy a dress without my mother's input, too. On my second visit, as I tried on each dress again, Gabriella was every bit as helpful and patient. I couldn't be happier with the dress that I chose and I really appreciate how enjoyable the entire experience was, thanks to Gabriella.

FABULOUS gowns and service!!!!!. Gabriella's is a Bride's dream come true!!! I had such an amazing experience the first time I visited. First of all, the location couldn't get any cooler! You walk into a huge open loft with gowns hanging on 3 walls so you can actually see and feel them. The huge windows looking out onto 14th Street and 9th Avenue give such an open feel. As soon as you meet Gabriella, you want her to be your best friend. She gives you so much attention and makes you feel like you are the most important bride that has ever crossed her threshold. I'm so excited that I purchased my wedding gown from her and I can't wait to come back in for my fittings!!! Definitely deserving of 5 STARS!!!!!
