Karen Haberberg Photography: Portraits and Events

Karen Haberberg recently shot my engagement photos of my fiance and myself for use on our wedding website as well as for printed canvases. Wow! I have worked with a number of professional photographers over the years, but none have been as artistically skilled, meticulous and caring as Karen. The photos that she took absolutely blew me away. She is able to capture the most beautiful moments in an artistic narrative that look natural and not staged.

In addition to her skill, she is also incredibly sweet and caring, which was incredibly important in putting both my fiance and me at ease during our photo session. She met with us before the photo shoot to help us pick out the outfits that would photograph best on camera, she scouted out the locations of the shoot with us in advance, and she directed us with an incredible amount of patience on the day of the shoot. Throughout the entire process Karen has been absolutely incredible.

I highly recommend Karen as a photographer. She captures the beauty in every day moments and is highly skilled as an artistic, natural photographer.

Fabulous photographer!. Karen Haberberg is a truly gifted photographer. She takes beautiful, natural photographs that capture the personalities of her subjects. In addition, she is wonderful with children. I am thrilled with the pictures she has taken of my family. I highly recommend her!

best photographer. Karen has an exquisite eye for pictures. Her photographs not only capture the beauty in her subjects, but an energy and motion that is so difficult to encapsulate in a still image. The picture that she took of my son on a moving merry-go-round is so stunning that few can believe it was possible to take. A year later the picture that she took of my daughter and me at her naming ceremony radiates love and affection. She will always be my first choice for any occasion – portraits or special events. Brilliant!

Beautiful Portraits. Karen's photographs capture the true personality of her subjects in an unprecedented way. She's able to make children of all ages -- and their parents -- feel comfortable, which enables a naturalness that really comes through in the finished product. I highly recommend her!

professional, experienced and amazing photos!. Karen has such a way with people and with her camera. I have worked with her twice for professional photo shoots and she exeeded all my expectations. She is knowledgeable, professional, and taught me a lot about photography.

Best photos of my kids that I've had taken by a professional. Karen was extremely easy to work with. She worked very well with my son and daughter to get natural positions and expressions. We had talked beforehand about what types of clothing would work best for the pictures and I was so happy with the way they came out that I decided to use one of them for my christmas card this year!

Great Photographer. I was impressed with Karen's portfolio of children and special family events as well as her photo-journalism projects. However, it was not until I saw her in a photographic shoot that I realized what went into capturing the unique pictures she achieves. She has faultless technique and a gilfted insight that quickly assesses her subjects. Combined with a natural ease and sensitivity, Karen establishes rapport that evokes individuality and naturalness of expression. The resulting photographs are keepsakes!.

Amazing Photographer. I hired Karen to photograph my 6 month old daughter and was more than

pleased with the results. My daughter normally won't sit still for photos

but Karen knew how to entertain her so that she was able to sit still while

smiling for just about every photo. The photos came out spectacular! Karen

was extremely easy to work with. I look forward to the next photo shoot

when my daughter turns a year!

Hot shots!. This photographer is hot. Her photos are always exactly what you want. I used her for a work project where she had to setup shots with kids and adults. I was nervous because the clients were looking over our shoulders. Karen worked easily and quickly. My team was very impressed with the images. Plenty of great choices. I definitely recommend her.
