“nice hidden place”
“The wait staff was attentive and very nice.”
waist waist and waist.
i asked the waitress to see what is the mix grilled seafood.she came back with a tray u can smell how bad the seafood from 2 feet away.they don't have most of the items.i end up ordering a plan penne with tomato sauce.
no test very salty.finally i asked for the check and left the penne on the table
really disappointing. We live in the neighborhood and were excited to try Zorzi. The wait staff was attentive and very nice. The food, however, was a disappointment. My spagetti arrived cold, my friend's ravioli was lightly filled - not plump, and my other friend's meat dish was over cooked and more salad than meat which was not how it was advertised. $25 for a plate of mozzerella and under ripe tomatoes with one sprig of basil. The prosciutto was not fresh. Needless to say we won't be going back. We are disappointed as we really wanted to like this place.
nice hidden place. Very refined, but warm environment. Beautiful interior. The food is absolutely great. Loved this place.

Why is it usually so empty?.
Pretty good food and most - but not all - the staff are nice.
BUT take a look at the a la carte menu. The prices!
Romantic Place.
Incredible design, good food, with plenty of Italian warmth and culture, one of my favorites!
Try the risotto shrimps in love...soo ramantic! Pam
Amazing Italian food in NY. The restaurant has a modern design combined with nice and coloured italian paintings. For apetizer I chose "Capesante", then the waiter recommended me a special kind of "risotto" cooked with italian sparkling white wine. Then I took some really tasty fried fish with "polenta" and typical italian salad. I tasted a nice Italian white wine, very smooth and soft. The price worths the experience.
I prefer the Olive Garden, This place is not worth it!. THis place was horrible, people are rude. nobody speaks english. way overpriced. nobody was in the restaurant, it was completely empty. now i know why. i would prefer to eat at the the Olive Garden, which i hate. not even the drinks were good. bartender did not know what she was doing.
A taste of Venice in a slick Murray Hill setting..
In Short
Venetian chef Marco Berto presents a seasonal menu of traditional and new Northern Italian dishes in a space that is anything but rustic. This 130-seat restaurant marries old Italian (all of the classic Venetian dishes) with new gourmet twists and a sleek modern decor sporting everything from slick orange tabletops to etched glass panels. Young Murray Hill diners pair dishes like spaghetti with sauteed salmon or lobster risotto with a hearty amarone or another selection from the restaurant's extensive, Italian-heavy wine list while listening to the DJ spin upstairs.
