No more stress. It's really hard to work in a restaurant and not get paid for any overtime. The owner of the restaurant I worked in kept telling me I would get my money 'next week'. After months of waiting I still didn't receive any OT payments. I was fed up with all of it and I hired Fitapelli & Schaffer. The best decision I have ever made! I don't know a lot about legal things, but they made me feel so comfortable. The communication was great! I never had to contact them to ask for a status update, they would always let me know right away. I recommend Fitapelli & Schaffer to anyone who needs help in similar situations, they will help you!

Very helpful. A couple of co-workers and I got sick of working OT and not getting paid for it in a restaurant. A friend advised us to file a lawsuit and hire Fitapelli & Schaffer as our lawyers, and I can't emphasize enough how great of an advice it was. We won the case, making more than the money we earned, but what is great about them is that they always seemed to be on the top of our case, always taking time to answer our questions, even though we were uneducated in terms of legal stuff. They are completely devoted to their clients, and it is very re-insuring when you're facing this kind of stressful process. We're very grateful to them!

great lawyers. My lawyers walked me through every step of the case and made sure that I received the damages I was owed. I was worried about suing my former employer, but my lawyers reassured me and now I?m so glad I did. I finally got the money my employer had been withholding for customers leaving without paying, things breaking, and minor mistakes. Throughout the entire process, my lawyers kept me updated and considered my case their top priority. They could not have been more helpful. I would recommend their services.
