HORRIBLE BRANCHE!!!GO TO ANOTHER CHASE BRANCH AROUND YOU!!!. The poorest customer representatives ever. They will give you an attitude the minute they ran out of excuses for their customers when filing a claim. I recently went to THIS chase bank to withdraw xxxxxx amount of money when my card was declined from their machine and my money was put on hold. The booth teller told me to call customer rep and move my problems to them. I was caught of guard and did what she told. I called customer service # from the back of my chase card and they told me to go back to this same bank so they can talk to the supervisor to release my money. Of course the super was being incooperative to an actual chase bank speaking rep over the phone and inclined to give me my money. Total WITCH!!!!! There was an actual debate going on with my money between this devil woman supervisor of THIS CHASE BRANCH bank and the chase customer service rep (who later being a God sent). Also this she devil of a supervisor started giving me attitude!! In the end the customer service rep that i called told me the supervisor he was talking to was being totally incooperative and he put back the xxxxxx amount of money back in my chase card. This my friends is defined as good customer service, not this closed minded chase branch. SCREW THIS CHASE BRANCH FROM HOWARD BEACH, NY 11414!!! FIND OTHER CHASE BRANCHES AROUND YOU TO GO TO!!!!!
