A Place of Healing and Strength. Several years back I tried another yoga studio near my home in Bayside, Queens and I lasted 3 sessions and never went back. I started at Vitality Yoga back in October because I wanted to try again and they were offering a great deal of $40 2-week unlimited classes. From the moment I sat down with Master Danny I knew this was the right place for me. He and his wife Helen are so genuine and kind and they both exude a calm and natural energy that is both welcoming and safe. This studio is not pretentious. I have never felt self conscious. The instructors believe in what they teach and they believe in anyone trying to better themselves through the yoga practice. I feel stronger, much more centered and on my way to discovering my true self. You should definitely come and share in this energy!

First rate Tai-Chi lessons. I had always wanted to learn Tai-Chi so I did a web search for a local studio and found Vitality Yoga on Bell Boulevard, In Bayside, NY. Danny the owner and Tai-Chi instructor is a wonderful teacher. With his guidance I am begining to learn the 24 forms of the Yang style of Tai-Chi. Danny is very patient and is very caring. This is an excellent program for anyone interested in learning this discipline. The studio is clean and neat and makes an fine first impression. If you want to learn more about Tai-Chi call or email the studio for more information; you will not be disappointed.

Sanctuary on Bell Blvd. I've lived in Bayside for 11 years and have taken yoga in various studios in Queens and Long Island. It wasn't until this year that I stumbled upon Vitality Yoga Studio and since then have committed to a yoga practice that has given me a new outlook on life. I love having this beautiful sanctuary around the corner from where I live, yet it is so worth traveling to if that weren't the case. There is something extraordinary about Vitality... the studio is lovely and so are the teachers. When you experience this studio you will feel the great energy that dwells amongst this place.

True Meaning of "Yoga". I was looking for a yoga studio close to my home (Bayside, NY) and tried a few of the other local schools. I wasn't satisfied until I stepped into Vitality Yoga. Immediately, I sensed a good vibe from the owners Danny and Helen and now, six months later, I am very grateful I followed my instincts of my first impression. The students who study at Vitality all have that same feeling about them ~ familial warmth. The lack of ego and lack of competitiveness in this studio creates a safe, comfortable place for students of all levels to feel welcome and respected. I have studied yoga for over fifteen years in NYC and LA and this truly is a unique place that does try its best to embody the true meaning of "yoga".

Yoga for Everyone. I visited the Vitality Yoga and Tai-chi studio and tried out for the class. I felt their sincerity to bring the good practice to members. I decided to sign up and I made the right decision. Since I started yoga at Vitality Yoga, I love their practices, environment and especially the yoga teachers. They are very nice and caring people. I felt the different both body and mind. My mind was clearer and my reaction changed toward situations in a better way. I look forward to come to the class every weekend. I will keep coming for more.

Yoga in Action. Danny and Helen are the owners and the master instructors at Vitality. They work hard to make newcomers and regulars feel at home, while inspiring them to work hard. They have also hired topnotch teachers. I have practiced yoga for many years, and I have learned new things at Vitality. There is an emphasis placed on breathing and meditating not always found in yoga studios today -- but don't let that fool you, their classes make you sweat! If you are new to yoga, stop on by, meet those of us who call this home. Namaste.

Hidden Gem. Once you experience this studio it's difficult to practice at any other. I have been going to this studio for about a year now and I wish I had found it sooner. There is a spiritual feeling that is always present here. It is much more than just a yoga studio. There are times when I must practice at other studios and that is when I realize Vitality Yoga is really special. I am thankful that I found this space and the wonderful people inside.

Something to hide?. I've met Danny a few times, who is the owner by the way. He comes across as a nice guy and is quite skilled at making people feel welcomed and at-home in his studio. At first I thought I was in good hands. However, I have come across some information that leads me to believe he has been avoiding paying back some of his loans for quite some time. I'm glad I heard this information in time. What's more, he claims to be an enlightened yoga master. It is people like him that bring a bad name to yoga mastery. I'm sure he won't be in business for long. I'll find my peace and serenity elsewhere.

Feels Questionable. I really need some yoga practice, but I do not need fakes to study with. This place feels not quite right for me.

Strange, No root. They are really friendly and nice. They made beautiful bouletine board of Head Master Danny's enlightenment. But his behavior and wife are not as master. They did not make any proof. Also, one of their member said he was trained from Dahn Yoga. Why did he tried to manuplate it?
