Ripoff Merchant - Consumers and suppliers BEWARE

This crook contracted with us to design six custom French mat pieces. We delivered on time and in perfect condition. He has refused to pay for the work. Twice he lied by stating that payment was in the mail which of course was no true.
Beware of this crook. Do not use his business for anything because he will rip you off.
