In Short – Porchetta is a project that shows singular clarity and focus of mind. It has no furniture, no menu, no service, no amenities. All it has are pork sandwiches, overloaded into fresh loaves of Italian bread and served with or without equally porky potatoes and some greens. There's no beer, but gourmet sodas, and you can always grab a beer at a nearby bodega.

Porchetta is sublime

Simple food done right. The pork is delicious! The herbs are perfect and the ratio of crispy skin to juicy pork is sublime.
I could eat their food almost every day. A little pricey but so worth it!

Make sure to ask for extra fat and skin in your sandwich; without it, the pork can be too dry.
