Very Nice And Helpful. My taxes were a little complicated this year. Ms Heekey my rep spent all the time necessary to make sure that everything was correct. Everyone around was friendly and helpful. With H&Rs new fixed price policy, it's a no brainer

Great taxes and Speaks Spanish. My father passed away a few months ago. Obviously this put a great deal of stress on my mother, not the least of which was the fact that he had done their taxes for the 43 years that they were married. To make matters worse my mother speaks very little English. Fortunately we went to the H&R Block on 31st St. and met Iada Espeepan. I cannot say enough about the job that she did. First of all she spoke Spanish, so she was able to communicate with my mother directly. She was extremely patient with mother who got confused and emotional several times during the process, and could not have been nicer. On top of all that she got my mother a refund; I thought that she was going to owe money. I just wanted to say thank you for making this very stressful time a little easier for my mom.
