A most unique and special spa experience. I have never experienced such incredible service in a very relaxing and private atmosphere. I really enjoyed my own private room which included a bathroom and shower. I had a facial and a massage and both therapists were very professional and very attentive to my needs. The services were unbelievable and I was very relaxed from the moment I arrived. I truly enjoyed this special and unique spa. I cannot wait to return!!!!

Beautiful Spa. This place is like no other spa I have been to in New York. I would never have found it if it weren't for an Aunt giving me a gift certificate there after her stay at the Waldorf.

The place is really beautfiul and lavishly appointed. Every detail is considered and nothing is overlooked. The staff is very friendly without going overboard.

The part I liked the most is the private room. Personally, I really don't like sitting in a robe in a shared waiting room with other people waiting to be called on like you are at the doctor's office. At Guerlain, you have your own private room with a locked closet for your clothes as well as a great bathroom and shower. I also really enjoyed the footbath/massage you get at the beginning. My massage was fantastic as well.

Of course, this level of luxury doesn't come cheap. The treatments are pretty expensive, but I like that you get something for your money. Nothing is free and if you are looking to be treated like royalty or a celebrity, this is the place to go. They include the gratuity in the price, and don't accept tips. In my mind, that's a nice touch as I think tipping at spas is somewhat awkward as the masuesse is generally standing right with you.

All and all, a terrific experience and I can't wait to go back!

Now this is Luxury. This spa is so luxurious, all the other spas I have been to pale in comparison. Upon arrival you are escorted directly to your own treatment room, the size of a small hotel room, complete with a full closet for your clothes, a private safe and a gorgeous, serene, modern bathroom, including a large, beautiful shower. You change in your room, not a communal locker room, and once you are settled in, you never have to leave -- tea was brought to me, and my therapists, not me, switched rooms between treatments. Everything was so peaceful, restful and private that I felt like a visiting dignitary or celebrity for the afternoon. The services are excellent, too -- over several visits, I've had a massage, facial and body scrub with vichy shower and each time I've come away completely relaxed. I also have very sensitive skin, and the therapists were very attuned to it and careful to use the right products and pressure, which I (and my skin) greatly appreciated. Really, this place is something unique!

Wonderful Spa. First class from the minute you leave the elevator---professional staff guide you tou your personal room with shower---I had a wonderful message and facial--the room was beautifully decorated and very clean---relaxing music played and I had a wonderul experience--highly recommend it

Your own private Oasis. This beautiful spa offers an experience like no other. It's your own private oasis that allows 100% relaxation. You are able to leave the busy Manhattan city behind when you walk into this quiet peaceful atmosphere. The staff is courteous and professional. You have a large private room with a sprawling bathroom of your own for the duration of your stay. I felt like the most important client there. If you are looking for a private high end spa with amazing services than look no further.

A luxurious experience from start to finish. I've been to the Guerlain Spa on several occasions to get massages and facials. You get your own room for your entire visit (even if you get multiple services), and the room is dimly lit, completely relaxing and very elegant. The rooms are also equipped with their own bathrooms, where you have use of a huge shower with one of those rain shower heads, which I love. I have had a 90 minute massage with two different therapists, and both times I wished it would never end. You really feel like you have entered another world- it really is one of the most elegant and beautiful spas I have ever been to. The facial I got was the best facial I have ever had- I did not leave with a swollen, red mess of a face. They really understood my skin type and matched the products accordingly. The Guerlain facial products are AMAZING- they smell wonderful, and have really improved my skin- particularly in the winter when it gets very dry. I definitely recommend this spa to anyone who wants to feel pampered but also get great service!
