I would never use any other company

NYC Movers was perfect! MIKE made sure that everything was in place before I moved, including box delivery and supplies that came first thing in the morning so I didn't have to stay home and wait. My move team was early and efficient and friendly and enthusiastic. No one could believe it when they asked me how my move went and I said it was a dream. This was my second move with NYC Movers and I would never use any other company

What a wonderful experience working with you

I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know what a wonderful experience working with you and your movers has been! I received my belongings yesterday and despite a few problems I foresee, all went well!

First, I want to compliment you on your tremendous help and patience throughout this stressful time for me. I was very unsure on how this process worked, as you know, I had very many questions and I just wanted to be as prepared as I could be. So to you I want to let you and your supervisors know, I appreciate all your consideration, knowledge and patience and I personally wish to THANK YOU again! As far as the two men who picked up my things in New York City, my hat's off to them. The younger guy was very quiet, but the other guy was very courteous on the phone calls, I was as flexible for him as I could be for the pick up time changes, and he was an absolute delight to work with. He explained the tickets, (colored labels) diligently worked to have my things loaded very quickly and I want to take the time to make sure that HE and his supervisor knew, as well, how grateful, thankful and appreciative I am of his patience with me and their care for my things.

Yesterday, Mike delivered my belongings and what a quite gem! We helped him as much as we could. He was also a pleasure to work with and a wonderful handler of the 18 wheeler. He had to maneuver that thing into a tiny space for us and he did it! I enjoyed helping him.

NYC Movers made it absolutely painless.

I was dreading my move, but NYC Movers made it absolutely painless. Even though an additional stop was added without his previous knowledge, Leon and his crew worked tirelessly and without complaints until the job were through. All the furniture arrived undamaged, and all furniture was placed until it was just as we wanted it. Thanks again to Leon and his awesome crew!
