Called for a repair. Asked if he could come on a weekend as I just started a new job and didn't want to ask for time off. He said he could not. Asked if he could come after five he said no. I finally asked my new job if I could leave early and they agreed reluctantly. I was home at four and he was supposed to be there at four thirty. He showed up at six fifteen after two calls to him to see where he was. He walked in blew on my pilot light and said it need a part but probably could get one. He was there eight minutes if that. When I called back twice he said he couldn't get a part. I call another repair guy who fixed my oven by just cleaning the valve. This crook charged me more and did absolutely nothing. I'm reporting him to the better business of Rockland. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY THEY HAVE HAD NUMEROUSE REPORTS!

Very fair

I've been using Appliance Medic for years and won't use anyone else. Benjimin always shows up, he's polite and gets the job done. I think they charge a fair price and I have never had a problem with the work they do. In fact,Benjimin is so honest he told me NOT to fix my old dryer again because it wasn't worth it. He had been out twice for different issues on the dryer over the years, and after the last fix, told me it was time. He even suggested which brand dryers he thought were the best. I really trust these people!

Emergency Service Excelent

We called them on Friday morning that our refrigerator is not cooling and we were happy that there able to come before the weekend because we had a lot of food in the freezer they came to check it and than they came back later with the part to fix it we were very happy they saved us a lot of aggravation

I just have to say my experience with this company was great! I called after hours and got a return call within fifteen minutes and was put on the schedule for the next day! I was put on the schedule for between 7-9am at 8am I received a phone call to say that a tech was on his way to fix my dryer! The tech was able to find the problem right away and he also showed me the part that had burnt out and explained to me what causes this particular part to go bad! He put the dryer back together ran it threw a cycle and it runs like new!! Great Service!!

The man from Appliance Medic was amazing! I totally believe in passing on good feedback on companies, I feel when you find somebody good you should share it. I had a last minute emergency, and he was able to be very flexible with his availability. He was warm, friendly and courteous and got the job done quickly. He arrived on time and was very professional. I will definitely recommend him and use his company again.
