Tips for Dr. Charles Marks

I HATE going to the dentist. Now I hate it less. Dr. Marks took me in immediately when a filling (from another dentist) fell out. He also found the source of pain and fixed another old filling while fixing the initial problem. I know that he saved me from a future root canal.He is amazingly skilled, efficient, funny, and amiable. His staff is equally nice, laid back, and helpful. I refer him to everyone now. A good dentist is hard to find, but I found him and can't recommend him enough.

Hi have been a patient of Dr Marks for over a year now. I was referred by a coworker initially bc he was close to our office and I needed immediate care for a tooth gone bad that I was avoiding. He saw me asap and treated me and also actually called me personally over the weekend to make sure i was ok. Very hard to get that kind of attention from a doctor these days in NYC. Months later I decided to have some porcelin crowns and lamanents put in to improve my smile as I was not happy with it for years. He did an amazing job and needless to say I am very happy with my new smile. I highly recommend Dr Marks for anything from root canal to cosmetic dentistry :)

Dr. Marks impressed me so much that there was no way I could not write this review. I was referred to him by another medical doctor patient of his. My cousin had several traumatic experiences in his life and due to neglect and fear, he needed serious dental work for many years. Well, not only did Dr. Marks gain my cousin's trust and admiration, but he created a work of art with his brand new dentures. I know I applied a lot of pressure by giving the doctor a minimal time frame to work with. Needless to say, Dr. Marks met the deadline, but the level of performance and the quality of work suffered in no way whatsoever. The office staff is very professional and extremely caring. I am so glad we chose the OK TOOTH office, and I am thoroughly recommending Dr. Marks as the A-OK dentist to go to.

I'm someone who hates dentists, and lets years go by before guiltily making an appointment. A friend recommended Charlie, who could be Gene Wilder's twin brother. The news wasn't good ... cavities, a rotten tooth, a crown and a missing veneer. My usual dread of the drill arose. In three visits, all the work was done, including a root canal, my first. Dr. Marks worked quickly and expertly, and numbed me properly for the work, which took three office visits. Suffice it to say, I am very pleased with the care provided, and highly recommend Charlie to anyone who shares my aversion to dentists and their gleaming tools of torture.

OK Tooth is great and Dr. Marks is wonderful. He is an angel and his whole staff is so polite and courteous. I would recommend everyone and have recommended my friends and family. 17 years it took me to find a great dentist and to overcome my fear. Thank-you so much Dr. Marks and the whole OK Tooth team.

A VERY CARING CONCERNED DENTIST. I WENT TO DR. Marks on a consult for a lot of work I needed done. Dr. Marks has a very nice office. Everyone was very pleasant. Dr. Marks took an hour with me and worked conscientiously to give me the best answers possible! He was very charming. I would certainly recommend Dr. Marks!

NYC Dentist Dr. Charles Marks.
Aside from being a rocking guitarist Dr. Charles Marks is an Excellent Dentist. I find him to be professional, thorough and courteous in all aspects of dentistry, He has an excellent on board staff of oral surgeons and hygienist to accommodate a complete line of dental care. I have been a patient of Dr. Charles Marks for over 7 years having extensive work done and the outcome is always PLEASING.

I recommend Dr. Marks!!. Not sure why thee are any negative posts...I have a dreaded phobia of dentists and encountered Dr. Marks about 20 years ago...and I still see him...He's funny and I love when he plays his grateful dead music...Sonny is awesome and is just as attentive and understanding to my needs...I have never encountered a foul or unprofessional attitude from anyone in that office and I'm born and raised in NYC...trust me they would have all heard my big mouth...I would trust no one else...latest equipment - never rushes me and if I do have to wait for him it's only becasue he takes his utmost time..That post that says all our other posts are false - LIAR!! I'm for real...Dr. Marks see you in January!

Great Dentist. I have nothing to say but good things about Dr. Marks and his staff. When I first visited I needed several crowns and a bridge replacement. The crowns were in the front and I knew this would have a direct impact on my smile. To say I am pleased is an understatement, especially because I am in the entertainment industry and on stage. I've received many compliments about my smile. Dr. Marks work is exceptional. I have recommended Dr. Marks to many associates and I know they are equally as pleased. Dr. Marks is a thoughtful & caring dentist. The staff are courteous and caring as well.

Great Dentist!. An office coworker recommended Dr Marks to me as I was in intense pain from a tooth ache. Fast foward 15 years. He is still my Dentist, I love candy and Dr. Marks has saved many teeth for me.I also had two very crooked front teeth which Dr. Marks bonded for me. This was about 10years ago and they still look good. Many in my office use Dr. Marks as well The offices are clean, the staff professional and caring. I would highly recommend using Dr. marks . I am certain that you will feel comfortable in his office and confident in his skills in dentistry. This is an honest, ethical practice
