Auto care had done some minor mechanical work for me in the past. After an accident my insurance company recommended auto care to perform the repairs. It was a rather large and expensive job but U was very happy iwth the work they performed and the service I recieved.

These folks are very friendly, welcoming, professional and supportive. You can see from the cars there that they work on all types of vehicles. I came in to customized a already custom car they did a great work. Highly recommend them.

These guys are great. I talked to them on the phone and made arrangements to bring my car to them. Dropped it off the next day and they said they would send pictures via email of the work each day and would handle everything needed with the insurance company. They did exactly as they said they would do. Each afternoon I got 2-3 pictures showing the progress of the work. After I dropped the car off with Auto Car East, I literally didn't have a single conversation with the insurance company - Auto Care East took care of everything. They said it would take 6 days and sure enough, it took exactly six days. Most importantly, the work they did looks great - can't even tell I had bodywork done. The guys I spoke with on the phone where very nice, but to be honest, the process was so easy, the only time I spoke with anybody was to make an appointment to bring it in and when they called to say the car was ready. These guys run a great operation. These guys are efficient and the take care of all the legwork with the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

great job. I brought my MB E Class Sedan after a weekend in the Berkshires and these guys treated it with the utmost care. Quick and fair, they did a great job!

Thanks for all the help!. The reliability of the repairs is amazing. I have been to many shops in the past, but this one is the best one so far. I don't have to worry about added repairs that will end up costing me way more. Thank you so much!
