Disappointed - poor management

Ok... the first part of this issue is "my bad". I let the LivingSocial coupon expire (by one day). However, when I called to see if they would be willing to extend it for one day and promised to bring in two additional people @ full price, they told me "no". I agreed to the T&C of LivingSocial and the expiration date.. so I really don't have much to complain about.

However, what I did not like was that they tried to blame LivingSocial for NOT giving the extension... saying it was "out of their hands". When I told the reservationist that this is blatantly NOT true... because other businesses, companies, etc do extend offers as a courtesy, he started to stutter and was caught in a lie. To extend is up to the company NOT LivingSocial,

With all this said... I realize it is my fault for letting the coupon expire... however, I didn't appreciate how they tried to blame LS. Just own up to it and say it is Manana's policy not to extend offers.

I personally think in this tight economy that it would be a smart management decision to extend for ONE day, especially if said potential customer is willing to pay extra (at full price) for two additional people. Plus... who only drinks one Margarita? Come on... think it through. Or maybe I'm wrong. Maybe Manana has sooo many customers that they don't need the new business.

Sorry, Manana, you just lost a potential customer in me...

ded up here by chance and so glad I did! The food was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding. The sangria was pretty impressive as well. Overall a great, cozy and warm place. I will certainly come back here!

The food was great mexican with an american twist! the service was fantastic and was very attentive. I will definately be back. Its a great addition to the Serafina group!!

This mexican restaurant adds a new flavor to the upper east side. The restaurant decor, professional staff, prices and food is outstanding. If you are looking for a cute place to relax, have a few drinks, this is the place for you.

A few of my friends and I stopped into this place on a whim for a few drinks after some much needed retail therapy. What a great find! The service was friendly, and the drinks were nice and strong! One of my friends ordered the guac and we devoured it - it was nice and fresh, totally yummy. I'll definitely be back.
