Disaster Delivery Experience

We ordered delivery from Ethos for a special celebration at home. What a mistake!

The order, estimated to take 25- 40 minutes, took 1 hr 10 minutes to arrive. When it finally came, the bags were ripped, the containers open and crushed, everything leaking everywhere, the food ice cold. It looked like it had been run over by a truck.

The delivery person gave us a hard time because apparently they lost our credit card information, which we gave when placing the ordert.

By the time we reheated and put our meal back together again , the phone was ringing. It was Ethos, demanding our credit card number. I told them about the mess that had arrived, they were unsympathetic. Offered me a 30% discount next time I order, if I mention the name 'Yanni'.

Next time? Why not THIS time?. Next time isn't happening. NEVER AGAIN. This restaurant is frighteningly bad. If I could have given it negative stars I would have.

greek restaurant constantly out of lamb?

i order from this restaurant quite frequently when i'm at work. i would say 50% of the time after i place an order on seamless they call back 20 minutes later to tell me they are out of LAMB. what kind of GREEK restaurant runs out of lamb and why does it take 20 minutes to tell me about it?? the estimated wait time is 20-45 but delivery takes over an hour. they also inevitably forget something in every order (side dish, drink, tzatziki, etc.)

Lost its magical touch

The hosting was shoddy, no refills of water, hostess was talking to her friends and sat with them for 15 minutes without checking on us. There was a co ck ro ach that run up right behind us and when we informed them all they could do was wait till it disappeared into a space in the ceiling right above our heads, they did not even offer a change of seating. The place used to gorgeous with excellent food, that melted in your mouth, but this time it was plain ordinary if even that. The place was very hot as well that every body was shifting uncomfortably in their seats.

• Cons: Insect, bad hosting, food ordinary, very warm
