Sensitive Touch Medical Spa is the best place for all laser and cosmetic treatments in the New York!

I love the staff and the treatments in this medial spa.  The girls are super friendly, very knowledgeable and totally cool.  You get thorough consultation, detailed and very effective treatment and amazing advice and tips on how to get the best results for your skin concern.  All the treatments are done with the newest laser equipment and their products are heavenly. 

This is NOT another factory or money-hungry establishment.  I am glad that the managers of Sensitive Touch can see beyond the first visit and appreciate every client that walks in their doors.  I am a new grad on a budget and pay for my laser sessions and my chemical peels as I go, because that is all I can afford.  I was never pushed into packages or treated different from clients that spent thousands of dollars in one shot, and I have seen that in this office.  This one girl spent over $5000 one time, she was dressed in designer clothes holding a Berkin bag and acted like a princess.  We were both waiting in the reception area for our treatments and I thought they would give her a better VIP service than me, but we were both treated with the same courtesy and were offered champagne and cappuccino.  The receptionist was just attentive to me as she was to her and that made me feel valued and appreciated.  This alone made me a life time client; because I do not find that I am treated that way in other places.

Whenever there is a special that I am eligible for I get an email and/or a call (at least every other month), so that I can always save and can try other treatment from their menu, and they have a lot.  I referred my sister and my best friend and got $50 off from my treatment for each of the referrals.  They are very happy with their results.  We love you Sensitive Touch!

DON'T DO IT! They took me in a room and quoted me a price I verified so I could go home and discuss with my Husband. When I arrived back they recommended a "cheaper" alternative and assured me it would be less. As I'm leaving and paying the price was double what I was guaranteeing it would be and they claim they said "per side" which simply was a lie. I paid it and left as I was leaving I heard the SAME conversation happening with the next patient - no joke. Looking through the web they do this all the time so I will be contacting the online & Yelp customers who had the same issue and filing with the FTC and NYC department of Consumer affairs. Great Service, Poor Results. I went for laser hair removal for my back. I signed up for an initial 6 sessions, was told by them there would very little to no hair remaining after the 6 sessions. Ended up going a total of 8 times. The actual service was outstanding, very thorough and professional. However almost all the hair has returned. I feel this was a waste of my money. Don't expect what they promise!

Great results for laser hair removal. The spa is very professional, clean, a nice and great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have sensitive skin and decided to try laser hair removal and now I'm thinking I should have done it years ago, it's the best investment I ever made. After the first treatment you already see great results and I'm so happy I don't have to shave anymore. Adriana was treating me and she is the best, doesn't miss a spot and is so nice and personable that you feel at ease instantly and she always makes sure you're comfortable. It hurts less than waxing and the results are just fantastic. You can choose if you would like a package or pay as you go and there's no sales pressure at all. It's the only place to go!

i bought my wife laser hair removal package. my wife always wanted to get laser hair removal, on her birthday i bought her a laser hair removal package from sensitve touch. If i knew how my wife would react to my present i would have bought it a long time ago. Thank you sensitive touch

Who can you sell a $10 item for $5 WITH OUT CUTTING CORNERS?. Botox it bought from the factory at $5 a unit ( They sell 100 units for $500 to the store) which is counted into mixing it with SALINE solution.

So you get saline solution mixed with botox for $5 a unit.

SOME PLACES ADD more saline solution to the mix to save money.

The customer NEVER knows how much saline solution is in the mix UNLESS THEY trust the people or see the bottle opened and mixed in front of you.

They just advertised on Groupons $10 a unit ( but groupons takes 50% of that) ...

So, they are selling at cost.

I HEARD that they are adding SALINE SOLUTION to the mix ( it is the same clear liquid)..

So ... you are getting a diluted version of BOTOX

received laser hair removal on my face. i have very sensitive skin, i could never find a razor for my face that didnt leave a irritation. one day i just got sick of it and found sensitive touch on google. im going into my 5 session now and the difference is incredible. No more bumps, no more red scarring, no more embarrassing moments.

im very happy with my laser hair removal. i have been shaving my chest since i was 15. 3 times a week like clockwork. after 16 years of doing this over and over and over again i decided to get laser hair removal. It took me about 4 sessions to get the full results of my treatment, but after my second one i saw a dramatic change. Thank you guys, i dont have too look at my stubbles on my chest again.

i really like the staff and the way i was treated. i was very scared about the laser hair removal treatment. i called sensitive touch spoke with the office manager, she walked me through the entire process. and during the procedure she even held my hand. Im very happy i found sensitive touch and they were very sensitive to my feelings

Excellent. I have tried two other Laser Hair Removal Centers (Romeo & Juliet and Beauty & Youth Spa) and this was the best of all three by far. I see the same technician (Nellie) for my laser hair removal, the lighting is great so she doesn't miss a spot and most importantly she is very nice and thorough. I am a plus size female and having a brazilian laser hair removal treatment done and she makes me feel very comfortable. They really make sure they give you the best laser hair treatment each time with the highest (safest setting) level unlike others I have been too.

They were very good at working with me with a payment plan as I could not pay the entire package all at once. I highly recommend this center to everyone!!!!!!
