terrible service

This place has terrible customer service. They were unfamiliar with how to properly handle my insurance (which is through the city). Then I was told my glasses would be ready Thursday or Friday of that week (this was on Tuesday). Well, it's Thursday of the following week and they still cannot tell me when my glasses will be ready. Plus they kept my old pair of glasses so I cannot even repair those to use them in the meantime. When I stopped by the store over the weekend to check if my glasses were ready. I was talked down to by the employee (a different one than had sold me the glasses). DO NOT use this store! I am going to find out who the owner is and make a complaint. -Dr. Vanessa Sinclair
