Great grooming
by Yyzjfklhr
My Havanese, Mousse, just had her 3rd fabulous grooming experience at Central Park Pet Spa. She debuted her new haircut in the park later on the day, and had a dozen compliments within the first hour. They did a great job dealing with matting that had built up after lots of rolling around in the mud during this exceptionally wet spring.
No better place in NYC!

I've been taking my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for over a year now and each visit has been so wonderful if it were up to her she'd go daily! They love and are so great with all the pets I see visit, they also treat each customer special and the quality of care is beyond any quality I've experienced in the past. My pup comes out looking like she's ready for a show!
Some advice, if you are considering being particular about how their coat is cut, as most are, discuss it with them and go with time and ease so you are certain to be satisfied. The groomers is like going to your own hair stylist, you want them to get to know you and what you like/don't like. Because I wanted a non-traditional cut for my pup, Reda discussed it with me at length to be sure I would be happy. That made me feel so much better and I actually learned something about her coat..... it put me at ease for going a bit shorter than normal with the kind of breed she is.
I highly recommend Central Park Pet Spa.
you can trust them with your baby!

I went here based on the strong reviews on this site, and it was a great decision. I'm a first time dog owner and I was really nervous dropping off my 4 month old maltese puppy for grooming. Reza really seems to love dogs and when I came back, to my amazement, my puppy was on the grooming stand (without the neck holder) and she actually held out her paw so he could trim it!!!
If you are nervous about trying them out, don't be! All the staff there were very knowledgable and truly loved their doggy clients.
You get what you pay for!!!!

I would defiantly recommend this place for people who would rather pay a little higher price for LOTS OF EXTRA CARE! Central Park Pet Spa/Daycare is EXTREMELY PET FRIENDLY and EXPERIENCED based on how they handle my dog.
My 1 year old Maltese loves this place! He can play there before and after they groom him and when I pick him up he always looks amazing! I have tried many groomers in the city but Central Park Pet Spa is the BEST based on warm atmosphere they created and how they handle my puppy!
- Pros: amazing plce, extreamly experianced and pet friendly stuff.
Greet grooming and service too.

My little shoh-Tzu loves this place it was her first time to be groomed, I was so afraid to live her alone, she’s so shy, but when Reda start working with her was amazing she stayed calm and confidence for him she had amazing haircut like princess. I am happy that there is a such good place I can trust for my little shih-tzu .i recommended this 5 stars pet spa for your pet.
