“Food was very reasonable and the staff were super helpful.”
OK bar food. Service... what service?.
The food is okay. Normal barfood: nachos, Buffalo wings, Quesadillas. Their specialty "flat bread" which is a kind of thin slice pizza, is actually very good. Crisp, and tasty. It's in the area of service, though that this place really stands out. The service sucks.
Maybe it's that we were big enough to include the tip on the bill (20%). Maybe it's that they were short-staffed. I don't know. It started with the reservation, made in person two days earlier. When we got there: "Reservation? You don't have a reservation. There's no reservation here."
Then it was the ordering. I don't know how they do it. But as soon as you say one thing POW! The waitress disappears. We tried. "And..." It didn't work. We tried, HOLD IT! Didn't work. The food or drink came, and then they ran away!! And woe to an effort to order something that was not a revenue source. A glass of water? Some more bread? Yeah right.
Our advice? If you come here with friends. When the waitress comes, surround her. Block her retreat until she gets everyone's order. She won't ask "is there anything else?" so you have to tell her. But make sure she can't get away before she writes down what everyone wants. Have her read it back to you before you let her go. Then MAYBE you'll get what you want.

Great place for party. Just had birthday party here. Food was very reasonable and the staff were super helpful. Brought our own ipod for the tunes and plugged that right in. The space has been renovated relatively recently and in great shape. I'd definitely recomend as there's plenty of space for folks to sit, eat and dance if you so wish.
