Tips for Roberto's Winds

While I am confident this store has a wide selection of interesting merchandise, I am exceedingly disappointed in my attempted third purchase with them. The item I attempted to purchase (was used) was listed as in stock, had pictures of the individual item, and was processed via online purchase. Four days after the purchase and the charge, I received an email stating they did not have the item and if they did, they would charge a lot more for it. This is a disgraceful business practice.

Check out the Selmer Room. This place is no joke. Check out the Selmer room. It's like a museum of woodind beauty. Roberto's is king in NYC.

Best music store in NYC. I have purchased several instruments at Roberto's and would not trust my sax repairs to anyone else in town. Plus, almost every time I've been in the store I've met a jazz icon (last time was Benny Golson!). Great website too - very informative.
