they stole my money

i had schedule a moving job with them for 10:00 am, and provided a $200 deposit. They kept on calling every 2 hr saying they will be a little bit late. They finally showed up at 8:00 pm. I had stressed to them that i have a 2 yr old and that they must be on time since i was paying a sitter $10/hr to keep him away during the move. Can you imagine the distress? Really 10 hrs late!!! i payed the sitter for nothing. On top of everything else, they call me almost 3 weeks later to refund the money by check, even when i paid them by credit card and they could have easily reverse the charges, they took my address and everything. They never mailed the money back. I called them numerous times, leaving countless messages, the cowards don't even bother to answer my calls, or return the calls. It's been 2 1/2 months now and still no money. My next move is the better business bureau. Very bad business. Thieves.

Fast and courteous movers

I would like to say that I was more then happy about this company.
I hired VELOCITY Moving to move me to my new apartment in Henderson NV
They sent a truck with a very short notice and as promissed. The movers that arrived to my house were more then just "movers" they were just so friendly and helpful. Though I did not have many things to move the guys were incredibly fast. Special thanks to Eli!

The service I received from VELOCITY Movers associates was excellent. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and was all very attentive to my needs. My moving day went incredibly smoothly. The crew arrived at my apartment even before I got there... They moved very quickly, efficiently and were all very careful with my belongings. At the end of the day, I got a call from the company's quality control rep to see if everything had gone well. That's what I call great customer service. Thanks VELOCITY Movers for helping to make my moving a lot less stressful and I truly appreciate it
