RUN, DON'T WALK TO SEVEN 2 HAIR!.
SALLY is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She is multi-talented and is exceptional at cuts, hairstyling and color. Possibly best of all, Sally is always on time and works quickly. Since Sally began styling my hair, I have never had a bad hair day.
The other professionals, JOHN, PENNY and JOANNE, are all excellent, too.

Donna gives great cuts. ill been going to donna for cuts all my life. She does great work i never had a problem with her. Shes like my friend...shes a good listener n i would reccomend her highly.

PENNY--EXCELLENT COLORIST AND PERSON.
I've been following Penny for over 20 years. She's taken me from highlights, to highlights and lowlights, to one process and highlights. She achieves a very natural look for me. The first one-process was too light for my taste, and she cheerfully did it over without charge. She wants to please and wants to know if you are not happy about any part so she can be sure to correct it. Blowouts cost extra, of course! Because I've been her client for so many years, she has cut and styled my hair as well, and I've always been happy with her work. I continue to get compliments on my hair and color.
Prices are reasonable in the new salon, which is in a newly renovated and very attractive space on East 72nd Street. She offers free consultations and is at the salon 6 days a week. I highly recommend her and think you'll be as happy with her as I am!

Excellent Stylist--Fantastic Personality.
I've known Joanne for 8 years from the neighborhood. She has been my stylist and I would follow her anywhere.
The negative comments posted about Joanne were obviously done by her former employers who were furious that she left their employ and were looking to hurt her.
Joanne is the best at what she does. Make an appt to go and see her. You will be glad you did.

Joann is amazing... friendly, fast, and skilled. Joann was incredible. After a series of bad haircuts, I avoided hair salons for over a year. Joann totally exceeded my expectations. I'm always worried about hairdressers being scissor-happy, but she really listened to me and transformed a bushy, damaged, frazzled mess into a sleek and stylish cut.

Terrible color!. Got my hair colored by Penny recently and it was horrible. I feel bad even writing this review because she was so nice but it was really bad. Oddly she doesn't do cuts or blowouts either. Isn't that part of what you learn in cosmetology school? Penny has a great personality but she could definitely benefit from some more color classes.

Joann is amazing!. Joann is truly unbelievable. My boyfriend and I have been going to her for 4 years and followed her from her old salon to Seven 2 Hair. I have referred multiple friends to her, all of which have left their previous stylists after one visit with her! It is clearly obvious that the only two ridiculous negative comments are written by her former bosses (whose business has, without a doubt, suffered since her departure). You won't be disappointed by her. She is just fantastic!

Go to Joanne! Best hair experience I've had..
I've been going to Joanne for 4 years and followed her from her past salon. I get my hair highlighted and cut from her and I have always left the salon feeling beautiful and relaxed.
She has become a good friend of mine and whenever I let her know that I want a new color or cut she follows my direction closely and the end result is always better than I imagined.
I highly recommend her as a true professional and incredibly honest. She is a genuine good person that will always put your hair, and then your friendship first!
