Friendly staff, great service

We stayed here for a week in May 2009. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We got married during our stay and they could not do enough to help us.
We plan to go back to New York next year and we will be staying here as it had everything we needed.

Dont have your wedding there

I had my wedding there, very little air conditioning in the middle of the summer. Event manager was nowhere to be found and to top it all off they threw out all my left over food.

Fantastic quick stay

The bed was amazing. I felt like I was at home! It could have been just because we were staying on my father's Marriott points and the entire thing was comped, but everyone from the front desk to the bell staff was amazingly helpful and accomodating. Would stay again - definitly if it was going to be free again!

Very comfy beds, helpful staff, clean room, but a bit small. Valet parking took a long time, but was due to lots of people leaving at the same time. Would definately stay here again.

solid stay

rooms were exceptionally large, beds were super comfortable, place was clean, staff friendly. i also stayed at the radisson just around the corner, and that place doesn't even compare. a very pleasant stay that i'd recommend without reservation.
