Thank g-d for Peter. I moved up here a while ago after 30 years in the East Village. With incredibly difficult hair, I never dreamed I'd find a genius who could cut it only a few blocks from my house. Peter calmly chopped away, and all his promises came true — the cut was flattering, easy to care for, and good-looking as it grew out. He's the man!

Cut & Color The Best Uptown. Peter has been cutting my hair forever and is always up on the current styles. He's extremely meticulous and I leave Capello's looking fierce as hell. Diana is a master colorist; I insisted on a certain color and lucky for me, she insisted on another color and it looks amazing! The environment is always fun and everyone's super friendly. I've NEVER been disappointed with the service there.

So Happy to have found Capello!. Capello has friendly stylists, great prices and thry are really accomodating. Diana gives an amaziing blowout too ladies! :) Go there!

Best place to go in the heights. Peter has been cutting my hair for about 20 years.

I have followed Peter from place to place and am glad that he's back in the heights. I'm always getting compliments on how nice my hair is. I have referred so many people to him and they are very satisfied. It's very affordable and I always get a fab hairstyle.. Would never change him!!

simply phenomenal!!. Diana is the owner of the salon. she opened her salon few years ago and to me she is our local treasure. I hope she stays in the area where we need this exceptional professionalism, creativity and great taste! Every time after I have a haircut and/or highlights at her place I have people stopping me on the streets asking me who does my hair. My two teenager kids trust her completely and anyone who has teens knows it's not simple to gain their trust. Diana has really strong team of hairstylists working at her salon. I never had a problem setting up an appointment at convenient for me time and NEVER waited for more that 10 minutes.

CHIC & AFFORDABLE & IN THE HEIGHTS!. 100% perfect each and every time I go for a haircut. Peter is the absolute best. Have had people ask me where did I get my haircut in the Village? Oh no! been there and never again. In the Heights. Works magic with his scissors-Everyone there just exceptionable without breaking the bank.

Only but the best. Capello Salon has great hairdresser that know what they doing and what they talking about, they are fine clean excellent and professional, its downtown coming uptown to the heightz with trendz setters in new cuts to barbering, rozoring and scissoring, great in color and use but the best in products, so please dont hesitate to check it out if your in the neighborhood for that great look.......

Go from drab to fab!. I feel like I found a hidden gem in my neighborhood. It is also so refreshing to walk into a salon that really knows what they are doing and they don't don't have some huge attitude...Diana took me from drab to fab!...I left my chi-chi mid town salon..and got better service..a better haircut, better color..and the most AMAZING blowout EVER! GO, GO GO...but don't take my appointment spot!
