Truly saved my trip. I don't usually write these reviews, but Rush Passport was so efficient and absolutely reliable that I want to share. I also found these reviews to be helpful in deciding to use RP - and I can now see why there are hundreds of great messages. I discovered my passport had expired at midnight before my morning flight to Hong Kong (non-refundable tickets...). Thanks to Rush Passport and it's very helpful staff, by around 4:30 the next afternoon I had a renewed passport - so I could catch the next flight and only missed a day of my trip. Thank you to those at Rush Passport who went out of their way to save my trip.

Rush Passport. Rush Passport and Sam were awesome in helping us obtain a passport within 48 hours. Imagine the build up to a week in the Bahamas for your kid only to discover that you have misplaced your passport and cannot make the trip. Rush Passport saved our vacation and put lasting memories on a vacation the entire family was looking forward to attending. Believe me Sam at Rush Passport can get the job done. Thank you Sam we had a great vacation thanks to Rush Passport!!

Best emergency situation. I think I have the testimonials of ALL testimonials. I was at the airport (JFK) with my family ready to join other menbers of the group, ready to board when the lady at the counter says my passport expired. You talk about wanting to die. I was supposed to be in Dakar,

W. Africa on March 6. With the passport expired, I knew I wasn't going anywhere. The lady at the counter gave me the address to the agency and a number. Quite frankly, I thought this was all BS. NO PASSPORT IS GOING TO BE READY WITHIN 24 HRS OR TWO DAYS. Well I called anyway, and talk with the representative. I am sorry to say that with all of the stress and confusion, I forgot the gentleman's name.

Anyway, I talked with him, he said to bring the proof of the itinarary, and other informantion and to report there the next morning of March 7. After all the forms were filled out, the man said it will be ready 5:30 of March 9.

My heart was beating out of my head the entire weekend because, again, I knew no passport was going to be ready, but then again, with the fee I had to pay and it was it expensive, I would think some kind of progress should be made. When I say I didn't sleep all weekend I didn't. MONDAY OF MARCH 9TH, I was in the city, I stop at the agency the man said I was to early which was 4:30pm. FlNALLY, I went back at 5:30-the time he recommended-and I saw a FED EX man walk into the office. I felt this huge sigh of relief. Then the man walk out of his office, offered me some water, told me the passport is here, but it will only take a few minutes. Talk about a burden lifted off your shoulder. At 5:40pm, of March 9th, my passport (OFFICIAL) was in my hand. I must have thanked him a hundred times. I believe the guy"s name was Sam.

I was on a plane March 10th to finish my missionary work which is destribute needs to villages etc. I missed half of the trip but, BETTER HALF A TRIP THAN NO TRIP AT ALL.
