Long to short Pixie cut, love it love it!. Michael cut my hair today and I love it. It was free as I was donating my hair. I lopped of 15 inches and it will go to Locks for Love. I've had long wavy hair my entire life and I was very afraid of going short but I read reviews of Michael on many websites and decided to go with him. He was amazing. He told me very confidently that he only does short cuts and that I had the right face for it. At first as he started taking off large chunks I kind of freaked out (quietly). I took some deep breaths and just let him do his thing and he definitely gave me a short cut but it was pixie perfect. He worked on it until it was perfectly layered not choppy at all. My cut looks a little like audrey hepburn meets Mia Farrow. So, I'd say if you are confident that you want a short cut, Michael is the stylist for you. I was so pleased with it, I almost felt guilty that it was free. Well, it was for charity and I will definitely return, all the way from the upper east for my trims. BTW, the salon itself is very chic and well kept, if that matters to you. Thanks, Michael!
