Air Conditioner repair. Cool Works did a very professional job, just wished the guys would have not been an hour late the first time, I end up having to reschedule, because I had an appoint that day I could not miss. They did come back the next morning on time as they promised. They were in and out as they said they would be in an hour. I am very busy and keep a tight schedule. I still recommend them as they are good at troubleshooting and found a problem another company could not. Levine Couture Inc.

New York's best HVAC Contractor. Reliable and Affordable - After extensive search and several vendor interviews we decided to hire Cool Works Co. contractor's to replace our 20 year old AC and Furnace. Our decision was primarily made based on recommendation and price. Their price was less than their competitors by hundreds of dollars. Both AC and Furnace have been running for over a year. Not only we did not have a single issue with either units, we are saving 30% off our energy bills. Thanks guys

Very pleased with Cool Works Co.. There is nothing like a room temperature feel inside your house! Cool Works Heating and Air-Conditioning came quickly and my furnace was fixed within an hour. I paid a reasonable price for the service call and that's it. The other guy, who I asked to leave my house when he started pressuring me into a new system, quoted me $7300 for a replacement one. Thank God there are still honest people around!

Best HVAC Contractor in NYC. Great Service, Xavier and Randy showed up and were very friendly. Our Rheem Classic X was not working due to a broken time delay. Randy was nice enough to walk me through the power/circuit route and since we have a digital thermostat, a new time delay was not neccessary. All they charged was the service fee. Even at the end of their day, they still had pleasant smiles, and a willingness to teach us a thing or two. My highest reccomendation for anyone who is looking for air conditioning maintainance.

Air conditioner repaired. My central air stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, I panicked thinking that I would have to replace the entire unit. I called several different places and they were booked because of the heat wave. Thank God, Cool Works Co. Air-conditioning was available and was very close to my home! The service was excellent from the start. The person who answered the phone was I called was very reassuring and personable and the technician that came and fixed my unit was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing! It was also much less expensive that I thought it would be. I felt that they were very honest and I felt comfortable with every person I dealt with at Cool Works Co.. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants reliable and honest service.

A/C's intstalled over the past 15 yrs. Over the past 15 years I've had 3 units installed by Cool Works, and I"ve always been very happy. The workers were friendly and respectful and knew what they were doing. Two of my installations were straightforward, so they did them very neatly and so quickly that it was impressive. The other one was more difficlut because I had a very small space to put the unit in, so they had to be a little creative- (Its hard to explain, the window area was unusual). The end result was again very neat and the unit worked great. Grant Mayor
