The 40th Street location is the best of the many Laser Cosmeticas I've been to. They don't creepily try to sell you stuff, they don't constantly cancel appointments, and their lasers don't constantly "break." It's still overpriced and their lasers barely do the job, but this company has set the bar pretty low. The motive for my review, however, is to express my disappointment with their new clinic director. Some Eastern European woman who is unbelievably nasty to both clients and employees. Considering the commitment to good customer service that most medspas aspire to, and the pandering/a$$-kissing that other Laser Cosmetica clinic directors do, this was very odd. She's very nasty, aggressive, and seemed to want to blame me for them having misplaced my records. I'm glad my package is almost up and I won't have to deal with this awful company ever again!

HORRIBLE! I had a horrible experience at the 40th street location. Take your money some place else.

All the treatments I have paid for haven't worked yet. I suppose if I come back an additional two years, maybe a small amount of the hair removal will be noticed. Not worth the time and money.

Yes! Yes! Yes!. If you've ever had doubts about laser hair removal, then you need to go to Laser Cosmetica. Personally, I haven't tried anywhere else and I don't intend to and I must say that I'm thrilled with my results. I highly recommend Laser Cosmetica. The services are great and the staff members are great.

Daily Candy Coupon. Daily Candy sent an e-mail with coupons for Laser Cosmetica for Laser hair removal, I began using it towards Brazilian and Under Arm treatments at the John Street location Downtown. It became a hassle to make it to my appointments on time so I started going to Laser Cosmetica’s Midtown 40th location which was much more convenient and accessible from work. It was no pester to change clinics. Both offices were equally beautiful and had a very mindful and professional staffs.

chemical peels are great. Chemical peels are great! I always noticed that parts of my face were a different color or tone then other parts of my face. I came in a few months ago and began doing peels and they completely even out your skin tone. Very cool and impressive procedure, now my skin is one color . . .

Laser Acne Therapy is sick!. What a sick procedure. Ive had acne scars which held me back in school for years and finally something is happening about it. I have a great body and have been working on it for years but my face was just embarrassing. My older sister did me the favor of finding about about laser cosmetica and I feel like I finally have the face I've always wanted.

sun spots be gone. My parents are those typical retired parents that moves to Miami and live the life. Every time I visit them my skin gets more and more damaged and I feel like Im losing control over it. My parents just bought me a package to stop my complaints with laser cosmetica because they heard about it through their friends. Im thrilled!

h a p p y. If you're someone who loves a great deal (like I do) then you'll love laser cosmetica. WHen you compare prices to other companies, not only can their deals not be beat, but you're presented with free consultations, and amazing freindly staff. Very pleased with my outcome with laser cosmetica and am looking forward to more business over the years.

bump free. I had laser hair removal on my bikini area. After the 3rd treatment i started to see results. I mean who would want to have bumps around that area anyway.No more dark spots or scaring. Thanks to Laser Cosmetica
