very good. They offer free design services and I did not feel rushed in making the changes that I wanted to my existing ring. Their selection is wonderful and they have some truly unique pieces.

good jod. What I really liked was that they took the time to make sure they understood all the little details down and made sure to tell me every single option for the ring possible. That was really big for me because I had a lot of specifications for the ring.

Friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to get my engagement and wedding rings redesigned and reconstructed. I printed out a picture of what I was hoping for and took it to Ozuro. They were enthusiastic about what they would be able to create for me. They're friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. I felt immediately that we were on the same page and that they could achieve what I wanted.
