Just applied for an apartment at 360 w
55th st Apt 2-O. Mikki at Siba Mgmt approved the application in about 24 hours time, then let me know there would be a FOUR month security deposit totaling $13,580, an amount she would not budge on. This is a clearly a prohibitive deposit. Few people have that kind of cash, and those who do certainly wouldn't want it tied up in a deposit.
Starting to think this was a scam to secure the "application processing fee."
Anyone had similar experience with her? with Siba mgmt?

We love the New Super!. My wife and I are just thrilled about the new Super that Siba hired to run 50 East 78th Street! The staff seems to be happier as well. He is making our building a better place to live than ever before. Thanks for hiring him Siba!

Siba has really raised the bar!!!. I just did a deal in a Siba manged building. What a top notch experience! They have a new property manager that is very efficient and professional. My client and I were very impressed by how smoothly the whole rental process went and at the unbelievable follow through from the property manager. I am happy to report that my client is happy with his new management company and even happier in his new residence!

Thumbs Up for New Super at 50 East 78th Street!. As a long time resident at 50 East 78th Street I can say without hesitation that I have never loved living here more. Our new super is FANTASTIC! There is a buzz of happiness around here like never before. I think I speak for all of the staff and residents when I say we have never been more impressed with the way things are going. Keep up the great work!

Loving the new management!!!. Being a resident in a Siba managed building has never been better! They recently hired a new property manager in the office that residents and staff alike are swooning over. The office is more responsive and effiecient than ever! I am happy to report that living in a Siba managed building is a pleasure!
