I am a customer who is never going back. My hairdresser was great and did a good job. But I called to bring in a family member and she did not have time which is fine. It is a big salon so I ask if someone else can do my family member and she said no everyone is busy. I am sorry I gave her a $25 dollar tip when I was in there - you dont turn customers away. You make it work. I work in a business when your customers give you business you make it work and dont turn people away. And walk ins are welcomed so how do you turn people away?

My absolute favorite place for a cut and a color. The nicest people are there, and I have come to see each of the ladies who work there, as a friend and confidante. You simply cannot do better.

THANKS FOR FIXING MY HAIR COLOR!. I was a walk- in on this past Sunday and was so happily surprised to see this salon still open with stylists still working at 4pm. I had colored my hair myself at home and it was a COMPLETE MESS. I was sent over to ANGELA in the color area where she was busy with highlights , I was taken cared of by her assistant until Angela was able to spend some time with me discussing different options on how to fix my hair . She was so patient and promised me that she could fix what i had done . I love my hair and was able to return to work on Monday . Thankyou Hair on the Hudson and to my new colorist Angela for staying late and saving me.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Just got the VEGAN Keritan straightening done here and i LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! my hair used to be curly, frizzy, and poofy. Its been 3 weeks since i got this treatment done and my hair takes literally 5 minutes (instead of an hr) to blow dry and its straight and beautiful. I get so many compliments. Also, if I want I can still wear my hair curly just as well. There is no frizz and I get those "nice" curls that ive always wanted. I deff recommend going here to get this done if you have thick hair. It makes life simple, it saves me a good hour of getting ready in the morning and now i get to sleep in a little more before work :)
