Frightening experience

The company repaired my washing machine 3 months ago. The part broke again 14 days after the warranty expired. I told the owner I would have to contact the an organization in charge of business. He called me a "fuc#@$#@ cu#@%" . This is very scary behavior and I would never want a person like this in my home
