It's always hard to recommend any lawyer, due to their unprecedented passion for money. Can't say Arkady is too altruistic. But- he gets the job done. I had a DUI case that could impact my Immigration status. He wiped it out. Really- the case was dismissed. So, his tactics works. But don't dare to call him empty-pocketed.

They took over my speeding ticket case (my doctor refered me to her husband). It would have been ridiculous to hire a lavish lawyer for this task unless I was not employed by someone who would be completely dissatisfied to learn I have trouble with law. The whole matter was settled in a single court appearance, however I want to praise the outstanding support team headed by Marina Korsunskaya who spent hours on the phone working on minor details and trying to get into my shoes.

Had an overall positive experience with these attorneys. Although it was not the first time I hired them - they were located in Brooklyn, but now moved into a more glamorous Manhattan space. Anyway, I had a mere speeding ticket this time, but it was carefully explained to me that it could lead to revocation of all possible rights, loss of insurance privileges and who else knows what. So, action was taken and I am a proud New York driver again. Actually, I do recommend the law firm if you are ready to pay a nice long bill.

Great law firm. I was falsely accused by my ex-wife of a sexual abuse, sodomy, rape and other disgusting things. That story was even featured in NY Post for a little while. It is not an exaggeration to say that my whole life was devastated - I lost my job, my friends and almost lost my son's love (which is by far the most important in this list). I decided to retain Nick Wooldridge from Bukh law office because of his track record (never lost a trial in New York), and I was definitely going to get that to a trial. He was so aggressive and consistent in his legal research and actions that my ex was forced to withdraw some of her depositions. The remaining charges were first downgraded and then dismissed by the judge. We are getting a civil lawsuit ready and I think about filing criminal complaint as well. My reputation is restored, so as my son's respect. Thank you for this great work.

A magic guy. I was indicted on numerous computer and identity theft criminal charges. The number of charges was increasing as they tried to slash me before I go to trial. My wife was about to split up and walk away with our kids, so I really was desperate to get a decent NY defense attorney. Arkady Bukh did a huge research on the case and provided me with all options that I had describing each scenario and potential outcome in detail. I was not on the same page at first due to lack of knowledge about New York criminal system, but I didn't have to as these remarkable lawyers do what needs to be done, and more. They personally took care of my well-being (my wife gave me a chance) and personal issues. I was able to walk get out of Rikers because they managed to arrange a bail hearing where they represented me with dignity and determination. After that I was again put into the right direction and we progressed slowly but steadily. - Arkady is a straight shooter that knows how to win. My case was settled in a way that was most favorable to me - I avoided prison time and serious effects to my criminal history. This is the best criminal law firm in New York.

I?m very thankful to Bukh Law Firm for a comprehensive consultation and immediacy which you showed when I came to you, You helped me a lot and now I can look at the situation without unnecessary emotions and only from the legal standpoint. My case turned out to be a minor violation that eventually was thrown away

They will deliver. When you are looking for a miracle you should call Bukh Law Firm. I hired and fired way too many New York criminal defense attorneys until I found the right one. The case was illegal possession of a weapon and on top of that I was ridiculously accused of being a gang member (that conclusion was made by the mere fact of my arrest in a bad Brooklyn neighborhood) - at least, they didn't charge me with resisting arrest. Anyway, that bizarre case was going to land me behind bars for a few years at least, until Mr. Bukh took the case and made his statement. The charges were downgraded and I eventually got probation which I consider a miracle given my previous criminal record. Now, I just needed their services again to handle DUI case of my wife. I think the name of the attorney on case is James Kruta, he is good too.

Top Manhattan Criminal Attorney. He's great in court especially if he's on your side.I've used him any times and happy with what he's done. You will not find better New York criminal defense lawyer. I watched 5 different high profile lawyers in action and Arkady is the best. The most wonderful thing about him is he doesn't nickle and dime you working on paperwork that has no bearing on the case like all the rest.

Greatest Criminal Lawyer. If you're looking for a great lawyer, Arkady's your guy. I came to him three years ago in a panic with almost a dozen pending felony charges and he was everything dismissed but two counts. Almost three years later, I went back in to Arkady and he got me a PBJ (probation before judgement) and this felony off my record. I now can apply for the jobs I want without having to answer "yes" to "have you ever had a felony?" - I can say "No!". He was very easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do to help keep me out of jail. He's a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone searching for the "best" lawyer. He IS the BEST!
