It was a pleasure to deal with Peter D. From Richair. His professionalism is excellent. We purchased three Panasonic ductless ac/heating units. The installers were great and very efficient. The service technician arrived and insured that our units were working properly. Peter D is always available to address any questions that you may have. Thanks Peter! I want to say thank Richair Comfort Solutions for making my home energy efficient with the ductless air conditioning and heating system that your team installed. Unfortunately Hurricane Sandy came and destroyed all the air conditioners so I thought it was time to find a better solution. I called Peter D from your company Richair and he was terrific. He came to the house and reviewed our situation and helped us select the units that would work for us. The units look great and are extremely quiet. I look forward to savings on my gas and electric bill. Your professional team from beginning to end were outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and the units (total of 4 inside and 2 outside). Thank you for a great product and employees that know their jobs well.

Richair is the right choice. I called numerous companies for an estimation to install new ductless air conditioning system. The Richair Comfort Solutions appeared the most professional and knowledgeable. Richair' consultant patiently spent time explaining my options and which ductless mini split systems are available today. I took their advice and I am really happy with my new ductless system. This fall I will buy tankless water heater or tankless boiler from them. I am sure Richair is the right choice.

Ductless and tankless specialists. They are ductless and tankless specialists! Since the company establish in 1994 it grew to become a true leader in Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island, New York City and Bergen County, New Jersey. Their growth and success are entirely attributed to their exceptional installations and service/repair quality of ductless mini slit air conditioning, heat pump systems, tankless boilers and water heaters. Get ductless conditioning with Rich air solutions!. From the first call to Richairmechanical the experience has been nothing but positive. I worked with the guy.. I assume his name was Tony.. well, he's the manager there and he was incredibly kind and helpful. All my questions were answered and he ensured my that the quote won't be changed after the item is delivered and installed. So the price stayed within my budget. The crew was skilled and professional and definitely they deserve praise. The best New York ductless air conditioners selling company!
