After 4 years of loyal patronage, I will NEVER order again!. If you want to dine at a resturant that repects and treats it's customers well

then whatever you do AVOID Ridgewood eats at all costs.

I had been ordering form them for years and had usually recieved wonderful food with great service. This had been lacking as of late.

During my most recent order of 2 egg sadwiches and 2 iced coffes one of the Iced Coffees. One of the iced coffees spilt en route and soaked my food. When I opened the bag my food was litterally swimming in Iced Coffee!

I had called to complain and the Owner (Who stated his name was Jerry which turns out his name was John you would think someone would know his own name.) Offered to pick up the food bring it back to the resturant inpect the food and then make a new order and deliver that. As the original order took over 45 minutes to make it to my house and my wife and I were VERY hungry and disapointed stated are you effing kidding me? and suggested that they just bring over 2 new sandwiches. You would think as they

Now a major point of this story is that the resturnat used to send out their iced coffees wrapped in plastic wrap to avoid them from spilling. This is something I always found very clever and pointed out that this is something that they used to do. John/Jerry told me that never happen that I was wrong that they have never done anything out like that. I really don't have a reson to argue with the guy about something so idiodic. What reason do I have to lie about something so dumb. And even if I was making it up, its a great idea!

Finally Jerry/John tells me I can come down in person (20 minute walk in pouring rain at the time) and get a refund in person. Now fuming I jumped at the chance to meet this guy in person and compliment him on his outstanding customer service (SARCASM)

When I get there he soaking wet from coming in the rain he telles me because I cursed at him on the phone that He had no respect for me as a person and would not do anyhing to fix the order and only offered my money back.

Again I had been eating at the resturant 4+ years and explained that I was hurt that they not only called me a liar to my face quote that I was "1,000 percent wrong" about the plastic on the cups, and adittionally in front of other customers that he had no respect for me as a person. Isn't that just fantastic!

These are people who clearly do not want your busniess I sugesst you do not offer it to them. There are many other places more deserving of your patronage.

Frankly they treat you better at a Prison Caferteria.
