I love Dr. Saini ! I truly can't rave enough about her!! I have recommended her to sooo many people!! My skin has improved vastly after I started getting my skin treated by her .

I guess it is safe to say that like most people suffering from acne, at times i felt are discouraged about the improvement of my skin and felt as though no one understood my desperation for clear skin. I felt like Dr. Saini was very understanding and took the time to listen to my concerns and explained many of the treatments thoroughly. Her explaining reduced some of the anxieties I had upon the improvement of my skin.

She made me feel comfortable and her suggestions have now improved my skin in an astonishing way!

The staff is friendly and it is a very pleasant environment.

I also believe that the prices for her treatments are reasonable!

I will recommend Dr. Saini a million times. She is Amazing!

Very poor experience

I went there for a check up/general visit as well as a peel.

My appointment was on a Tuesday evening, and i waited in the sitting room 45 minutes before i was finally asked to go into a room.

In that room I waited about 15 minutes (I had time to fall asleep!) before the Dr. Saini arrived. She quickly ran in asked me what i wanted (I said a skin check-up) and she ran out again. She ran in again 10 minutes later and sped through it. I had maybe about 6 important questions I wanted to ask her during my visit. By the time she was finished running in and out, I had spent about half an hour (exluding the 60 mins wait i already had) in the room and had managed to ask her 4 of my questions. I was also told that becuase it was getting too late, I would have to come back for my peel...

Overall I spent over an hour an a half, didn't get what i cam efor and was very disapointed.

The following week, i came for my peel, which was performed by the assistant, yet again late (15 minutes only this time), NOT the doctor (the treatment description specified it would be by the doctor). I wouldn't have minded, but that is just dishonesty especially as they charge prices assuming the doctor does it...

In short: I am sure she is very competent but if you want a doctor that will take care of you, go somewhere else!

The worst Experience

I never met such a lady in my life. One of the worst experience in my life. How should i explain this. She will never gonna understand my feelings and my worries that i went thru when I was on her surgical desk. huh!!! how many times did u gave me the Anastasia for a simple surgery/ How many times did I told u that hurts when u put ur knife on my flesh? Still then does my wound recover? Nope... When I came for the solution, your asst nurse show such an attitude , oops I never forgot her name IRIS... So I will never ever recommend this doctor... She is not at all the best...

Great skill with an affordable price

Everyone tels you that they can improve your appearance but most promise more and deliver less. Here, Dr. Saini didi just the opposite. Her gentle technique and expetise went beyond my expectations. Her office and staff reflect her; professional and caring. One doesn't have to sacrifice one for the other. Hey, we're in the big apple! Her pricing was more than reasonable and she had othere suggestions that improved my texture, tone and look of my skin besides the injectables. My husband, who doesn't usually notice any change loved the way I looked!!!! That's good 'cause when it comes time to go back, he's on board. I feel great and I'm so happy that Dr. Saini is my derm.
