The new staff rocks!! They always have parking and great coffe, but most of all my hair has been looking great since I was worried about other reviews I wanted to say that I have been going there a few months now and find it very relaxing when going for services.

Unethical moneygrubbers.
Trust ME, everything being said here is true. This place cares about NOTHING except making money. And it's not simply a matter of being satisfied with their outrageous startup and maintenance fees -- they're always scheming for more. Even if it means actually CUTTING THEIR PIECES DOWN 'just so' that there will always be empty spaces. Nothing immediately glaring, but 'just enough' that after a while, you'll have no choice but to seek out a 'repair'. FOR A FEE.
I gave them one star because zero is not possible.

stay away from this place --0 stars. I went to this place several years ago for their hair system. I thought I was getting a wonderful product; but what it did over the years was totally destroy my hair. Everytime they took my piece off , I thought I saw my hair getting thinner, but I didn't say anything. I had called for an appointment for a tightening and they cancelled on me, which was a godsend. I went to another place and they saw how loose the piece was and took it off for me. I was in shock my scalp was completely red, my hair was bald in more spots then when I had gone there and my hair foliciles were falling out from them pulling my hair when they attached the hair piece. I spent a lot of money over the years there and after going somewhere else realized that this place is just a big ripoff. Stay as far away as you can. I would have given it 0 stars but that was no allowed
