Not Trustworthy

These guys are really shady. I used them to repair a leaking pipe and they charged 2-3x what I've paid in the past and demanded cash payment. on a Sunday afternoon. The work had to be redone by my regular plumber after three days. Beware of their shady practices!!

Excellect Service!!!

I wanted to thank Ariel Plumbing for a great service over thanksgiving weekend. After calling a few other places, I thought I wouldn't be able to find any plumber because of the holiday but when I called Ariel Plumbing, I was told the plumber would arrive in 45 minutes, and he did!

He explained to me what needs to be done in order to stop the leak coming from my kitchen sink and the cost involved. The job was very professional and clean. Great job!

Professional Plumbing Service

These guys know what they're doing. The pipe under my kitchen sink broke and the water started coming out. The plumber arrived and explained the options and charges to me before he had began working. He fixed the leak by replacing a section of the broken pipe. This was all done in a friendly and highly experienced manner.

These days it is some how difficult to find an honest, skilled trade providers but this company was a great example for a great plumbing service.

Great Plumbers in an emergency!!

I just bought an apartment in the UWS. Late Tuesday night i woke up to flooding in the bathroom from the toliet. Being a renter my whole life i didn't have any idea what i was supposed to do or who to call. Ariel Plumbing came to my rescue! I called them at about 3am and someone was there within a half hour. He was nice, courteous, and fixed the problem! While it turned out that it was as big of an emergency as i thought, Ariel Plumbing saved the day! Thank you so much for helping me!!

• Cons: my pipes broke!!
