dinner and a show!
by pramos28 at Citysearch
What an experience! This was a date night and it was good. "upgraded" our seats for closer, not impressed with that, maybe next time I will go for the super VIP where you site up against the glass.
Food is enjoyable, comes out quickly and course to course runs smooth. Sending a person out to the bar to buy 2 drinks is a problem. Not sure if it is township rule or the establishments...one person, one drink.
Then again, I think it is set up for families and people who are a 1 drink at dinner crowd...not the "lets get blasted and watch dudes fight" kind of drinking I am accustomed to.
The only thing that bugged me was that I didnt have enough light to see my food, I was a little too far from the candle.
The show is absolutely amazing, full crowd participation. The performers do a great job of engaging the crowd and making them a part of the show. They were throwing out so many flowers to the ladies, it is a really nice touch.
The horseman and fighting were really credible and it is certainly worth the trip. On my night, the green knight was our sworn enemy. I still hate that jerk green night!! :-)

Perfect for family, schools, and groups. Very well organize from entering to exiting the castle. At extra charge you will enjoy Alcoholic beverages and will be able to take a photo home as well. I have seen the show 5 times and its always a great experience to be in the castle and to see the show.
- Pros: seating, parking, food
