Excellent. If you want a special treat call Manhattan Helicopters.... I planned a surprise birthday and they provided the start off point and gosh did it up the benchmark for the day.... Yes we had to wait for the other passengers but they looked after us very well....... then a Pilot that showed us his NY with a professional warmth that many could learn from...... great photos as a moment...... and they even helped us get a cab... recomend them to anyone wanting something special *****

Did not get what I paid for via Groupon. Bought 3 Groupon for $155 for a 20 min flight and photos for me, mom, and sister. They kept us waiting for over an hour and then took us on a shortened flight plan and got no where near the GW Bridge as advertised. We turned around well before the north end of Central Park and went back. Total flight time was 17 min and change. Confirmed by reading on the helicopter. They rushed us off without taking the promised photos "valued at $20." I even offered to let them use my camera because it was a memory for my mother and they refused repeatedly citing their equipment was broken. Got $20 back from the company, but only after hassling the manager writing and complaining, but they said their flights always say "approximately" on their brochures, but I pointed out the Groupon had no such qualification. End of story. Even the shortened flight was nice, but my mom will never have the photos she wanted and we couldn't understand why they tried to rush us off as if we wouldn't notice.

Great !!. We where a group from Norway ho arrived whit 50 people. The service when we came where great. The staff who work there where really taking care off business!

First we had a walkthrough the safety, where the people where divided into groups of 4 and 6.

While we where in helicopter, the pilot where funny and function as a guide. He played nice music and was guiding us thru Manhattan. Pilots have excellent controll!

The trip lasted for 21 min and nice price.

I really recommend Manhattan Helicopters, they have safe, clean helicopters, good service, great pilots and the most important, we felt safe all the time!

Incredible Helicopter Tour. I had the opportunity to organize this tour during my last hollidays with my family and I was very impressed by the quality of the organization (I'm french) and by the tour itself

it is the best helicopter tour we made since we are travelling around the world

Incredible views of New York City and Central Park. I was visiting NYC a few weeks ago with friends and decided to see and experience New York like we have never have before. We searched sightseeing on Citysearch and found Manhattan Helicopters. we were impressed with professionalness when booking our reservations and they exceeded our expectations of a tour company. The views of New York were amazing, unbelievable and can not be descibed. If you think you have seen NYC, you have not until you contact Manhattan helicopters and take a helicopter ride on their completely safe helicopter. Rated 10 stars!!!!!
