Tapas and Spanish Wine. Cellar 58 made me feel like i was home in Spain. The tapas were just as authentic as they were in my native country. The wine choices were also dizzying. I highly recommend this place. It's a popular spot after work.

Great Outdoor Wine Patio. The outdoor wine patio at Cellar 58 is built for summer. It's on 2nd Avenue, so it's always a great place to people watch. The wine is also affordable and they have lots of specials promoted on fb.. i highly recommend this place for a date or even just your friends.

Sangria in SUMMER. Sangria in Summer. That is what this place has. I started drinking Sangria's at their outside patio after work with friends. I ended at 11pm. Where did the time go? I love this place. I've never met so many people and had such good homemade sangria. 5 STARS

Wine for Sophisticated Drinkers. The wine selection here is truly amazing. I had wine from 2 countries that I didn't even know produced wine. The East Village gets a bum rap sometimes for not having many sophisticated bars, but this wine bar will compete with Soho or any other lounge in the city. It's a safe bet if you're trying to impress.

The Best Clams. I tried the muscles and clams last night. To Die FOR! plus, the waitress knew which wines to mix with my seafood. i came here for the wine but it was the seafood that made me take the time to rate this. the restaurant is great.

Love this Wine Bar. Love the wine selection. The owner and staff make you feel like this is your home. Owner is named Maria. Ask for her and she will treat you like her daughter. Love her!! LUV her!

Wine Specials. Just learned this wine bar apparently has underground specials that will rock your socks off. I learned about their specials on fb. Depending on the night of the week, you can get free wine, free appetizers or wine flights for only $15. It's worth researching on fb page if you're headed here. I overheard a girl ordering the underground special. Very much appreciated especially in this economy.

People Watching with Wine. Most outdoor places charge a fortune for alcohol. Cellar 58 has a great patio that lets you sit outside and sip wine while enjoying the East Village scene. I love this place on Thursday evenings in the summer or any day after work.

CELLAR 58. I didn't know food could taste this good. I had the muscles, which came with chopped fresh tomatoes, ginger sauce, garlic and parsley. I'm a chef in Soho, so I always ask for the ingredients. Not only did the owner share the recipe with me but she also told me it was a family recipe. I live in the EV and walked by this place a million times. I only wish I would have discovered this place months ago. Great food, and exceptional service.

Singles Spot. Why didn't someone tell me earlier that women love wine? I went to this bar with my buddy after we saw a group of 4 girls sitting outside, drinking wine on their outdoor patio. Not sure if it was the wine, neighborhood, or bar, but everyone here was friendly. I met several girls inside and walked away with a few numbers. Love this place. I now need to learn my wine etiquette. Cellar 58 Rocks
