I was a tenant in sunshine suites original space in chelsea and have watched them grow tremendously successful over the past few years. I ran my first business out of their chelsea location for over two years. It's impossible not to love the community they've created and the owners Joe and Cheni are possibly two of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. I left when I expanded my business and I can honestly say that I missed walking into Sunshine everyday. Great environment for any startup business. I later become their broker and leased them their building in Tribeca. They did an incredible job with the space and it is a showcase of the type of business they run. First class all the way.
Great atmosphere & Super friendly!.
I've only been a shiner for a short time but I can say that it's been nothing but a pleasure. The atmosphere is friendly, professional and fun. There is rarely a meeting I have when the client doesn't comment "Wow, this place is cool!" or "What is this place? I like it!"
The staff has been nothing but super friendly, accommodating, and willing to help out whenever needed. The conference rooms are an asset and have everything we could possibly need including internet, power and a projector!
I couldn't be happier to call sunshine home :)
Great Office Space for Startups.
Similar to my co-worker below, I have found Sunshine to be a great solution for our company VaynerMedia. Over the last year or so we have really made sunshine our home and the staff and fellow coworkers our friends.
My favorite part of being at sunshine is walking through the building and seeing the other entrepreneurs and startups working hard and having the entire community helping each other to reach individual goals.
To sum it all up, I have been very happy with Sunshine and all it has to offer.
Great Place to Build a Business.
I've been working out of Sunshine Suites for just over a year with my company VaynerMedia. I haven't been to the NoHo location, only Tribeca West, but I've had a great experience.
The staff is extremely helpful and there are a good deal of events where you can network with all the other businesses that are houses at Sunshine's locations.
Additionally, not having to worry about a bunch of the little aspects of having an office, like a receptionist or printer is pretty liberating.
I'd highly recommend it for any start-up company and I'd advise most any business, new or old, to at least consider it as an office space option.
Great office solution for startups in NYC.
Our startup had space in Sunshine for over two years. Sunshine allowed us to "grow up" in their very flexible office environment. We left in March 2010 when it was time to get our office space.
Sunshine is super flexible which is a huge benefit for any growing company. We moved within Sunshine 3 times and upsized three different times. The ease with which we could accommodate our growing headcount was amazing.
As a startup you don't want to worry about things like phones, internet connectivity, printers, copiers, etc. Sunshine provides very professional solutions at no extra cost (except for phone).
The conference rooms and reception area are very professional and made hosting meetings very easy. The online reservation system for conference rooms works very well.
Overall we are indebted to Sunshine for providing us with an inexpensive space for our startup and allowing us to grow and mature without the headaches of NYC commercial real estate.
Incredible Business Solutions.
I was a tenant from 2003 to 2006 and have remained a virtual tenant to this day. Sunshine allowed be to build my 2 companies without the overwhelming overhead start-ups usually need to endure. Once I was ready, I was able to move to a large facility to accommodate my growing business. I kept a virtual office to keep my NYC mailing address and 212 business line.
The facilities are very chic and stylish to allow for a professional working environment in a casual friendly atmosphere. They are constantly arranging networking events to stimulate interaction between the hundreds of small businesses who are located there. Countless partnerships and lucrative business relationships have been forged between the companies within Sunshine.
You could practically fill all your service vendor needs with just the other companies located there - computer software/hardware, web design, phone systems/solutions, graphic design, marketing, legal and lots more. I had a tenant there build my computers, another one create my logo & marketing materials, another one design my website & product packaging, and another one provide me with legal advice and documents.
Most importantly, the managing partners are top notch. They really care and they'll introduce you to any company there that they feel might help your business needs.

I have been a tenant at Sunshine Suites on and off for 5 years. Sunshine offers amazing shared office space that not only provide an aesthetically pleasing/convincing address for your business but office space and services to match.
Everything from the commercial grade printers to the T3 - super fast internet connection mean that you feel like a little business with big business foundations.
Meeting rooms are always available and the fact that you are rubbing shoulders with other entrepreneurs who are willing and encouraging each other towards success means that going to work in the morning is a pleasure.

Cheap NYC Tribeca office space.
Great deal, all inclusive NYC office space which contains a lively environment. They have meet and greets, sports teams, and plenty of networking opportunities. They cater to their clients needs and there is a very strong feeling of community with in their space. Not something that is easy to find in NYC office space. If you live in Tribeca, it couldn't be more convenient at a better price.
They also have very flexible terms and have many different services. No long term leases. Their virtual office package is unbeatable.

The office is beautiful - very cool unique design, great for designers, tech companies, and any looking to portray an edgy yet professional image.
Price is right - only $375 all inclusive - includes free fax, copies, conference room, printing, receptionist. Month to month, so no risk.
Have met a ton of other business owners - they host a bunch of events - meet & greets, networking events, we even had a bowling and kereoke night. I'm currently on the softball team.
Overall - these guys have thought of everything a small biz needs and provided it for next to nothing. Without a doubt the best deal in the city.
