Perched on the penthouse level of the modern, boutique Giraffe Hotel, Oasis offers out-of-towners, Park Avenue princesses and neighborhood employees a place to chill out after work or following an arduous day of shopping--if they can afford the pricey drinks; the average cocktail costs $15.
