Exceeded expectations

After getting engaged and needing to purchase a new setting due to size issues my fiancé and I walked into sea wave randomly on a sat morning while browsing in the diamond district. It was still early and seawave was one of only a handful of stores open. And I'm so thankful they were because I found exactly what I was looking for. From the second we walked in we felt comfortable. These guys are not pushy jewelry salesman AT ALL. Their number one prioirity was helping me find the perfect setting for ME. Alex was our guy and was extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at my center stone he immediately knew the exact color, cut, carat weight and clarity. After patiently looking at photos on my ipad of the type of setting I was looking for he presented me with many options before I found the one I'd been looking for. He agreed to buy back my original setting for a fair price and promised my new one would be ready in 2-3 weeks, which it was. He then had us watch while my stone was reset into the new setting and it's nothing short of stunning. the craftsmanship is flawless. We'll definitely be back to purchase our wedding bands since I've already tried on the matching one to my gorgeous ring :). Go here. You won't regret it. All the guys there are very knowledgable, honest, down to earth and aim to please without any pressure.

Amazing

This place is amazing in terms of understanding exactly what a client is looking for. When i first walked in to Sea Wave diamonds with my wife we new right from the beginning of our conversation with one of their professional staff he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us every little bit of information we needed to find out about the set we were buying from Sea Wave Diamonds.

We loved the ring set that we have purchased from Alex and the staff at Sea Wave the rings are incredible stunning brilliant work you guys thank you very much.

We will be back for more in the near future and most definitely refer more people that we know to check out your website and visit you.

We just purchased our wedding bands and we had yet another great experience shopping at Sea Wave. After purchasing our engagement ring, we knew we would be back. The staff is extremely helpful and we both got the bands of our choice at a great deal. Thanks again!!

Fantastic!

My fiance has bought me a few pieces jewelry from Sea Wave - a necklace, a pair of earrings, and, most importantly, my engagement ring!! He worked with them to customize it and it is exactly what I want (even though I had no input) and is gorgeous! The detail work on the band is incredible.

I had never been there until last weekend, when we went to look at wedding bands. Alex was super helpful and guided us in picking out matching bands that we adore.

Even better, they are super accommodating. The chain on the necklace broke (after 2+ years of almost daily wear, including to sleep) and they fixed it (for free!) within a couple days. I also bumped my ring not too long after I got it, and cracked one of the pave diamonds on the "cage" of the center stone. Alex convinced his jeweler to stay late for me to fix it while I waited so I wouldn't have to be without it, and again for free!

They have great customer service. A lot of places in the diamond district feel like they are hustling you... not here! I highly recommend Sea Wave.

My dream ring - but even better!

Mike was very helpful the whole way through. Having looked at just about every other jewellers on 47th I was close to giving up. Most of them are creepy and pushy.

Mike was honest and extremely patient. All he told me tied up with the research I had done. I was nervous as I told him on the Wednesday pm. what I wanted (having changed my mind once!) and I was to collect just 47 hours later! (Just before my flight home). The platinum ring, with 5 emerald cut diamonds in a bar setting exceeded my expectations. I was never pushed to go for bigger or better diamonds, and the price was very fair. Next time, I'll save myself a lot of time and go straight to Sea Wave. Thanks again!
